Rental Process

  1. Reservation Inquiry
    Please contact us first by phone or via the online reservation form.

    Let us know your rental dates and preferred vehicle class for a smooth process.
  2. Availability Check & Reply
    We will check the availability of your requested dates and vehicle and reply to you.
  3. Reservation Confirmation
    If there is no problem with the details, please reply to confirm.
    If we do not receive your reply within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  4. Pick-Up & Payment
    On the rental day, please come to our office or meet us at New Chitose Airport
    (free shuttle available with reservation).
    • Full rental fee is required in advance.
    • Please bring the driver’s licenses of all drivers and your payment method (cash or credit card).

Pick-Up & Return

  • Business Hours: 9:00 – 18:00
  • Early Morning / Late Night Service:
    • 7:00–9:00 or 18:00–21:00 → +2,000 JPY (tax excluded)
    • 21:00–23:00 → +3,000 JPY (tax excluded)

Fuel is full at pick-up.
➡ Please return the vehicle with a full tank after refueling at a nearby gas station.

Free Shuttle Service

  • Free shuttle service available between NCML RENTACAR and New Chitose Airport
  • For customers renting a welfare vehicle (lift / slope), a welfare vehicle shuttle may be available (depending on availability)
  • Free parking available for customers arriving by private car

We offer 2 types / 3 classes of vehicles:

  • Sports Cars
    • Class A / Class B / Class C
  • Welfare Vehicles (Wheelchair Accessible, Lift, etc.)
    • Class A / Class B / Class C

Options & Extra Services (per 24 hours)

Optional Services

  • Early morning / late night (7:00–9:00 / 18:00–21:00) → 2,000 JPY (excl. tax)
  • Special late night (21:00–23:00) → 3,000 JPY (excl. tax)
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) → 1,000 JPY (excl. tax)

Optional Equipment

  • Baby / Child / Junior seat → 500 JPY (excl. tax)
  • Step ladder for plane / train photography → 500 JPY (excl. tax)
  • Smartphone holder & USB charging set → 500 JPY (excl. tax)

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days before → Free of charge
  • 6–3 days before → 20% of basic rental fee
  • 2 days before / day before → 30% of basic rental fee
  • On the day / no show → 50% of basic rental fee

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)

If the vehicle becomes unusable due to an accident:

  • Vehicle can be driven back to our office → 50,000 JPY
  • Vehicle cannot be driven back → 100,000 JPY

Insurance & Coverage

  • Bodily injury: Unlimited
  • Property damage: 3,000,000 JPY (deductible 100,000 JPY)
  • Passenger injury: Unlimited
  • Vehicle damage: 3,000,000 JPY (deductible 50,000 JPY)
